Need better Mattresses/beds

Is quiet and there are next there coffee shops and the garden is nice

just a little bit smell smoke. We saw a little mouse but is normal when there are garden.

I rented it fkr the jacuzzi in the room. Infortunately there was no hot water, only cool water, which made the jacuzzi un omfortable.

When we were never notified that we needed to pay water and light, that Until the day we arrived second, I feel that we were violated by having cameras inside of the Airbnb third. Every time we were trying to contact the person about things going wrong with. They would blame us instead of taking responsibility of the conditions of the unit.

Rock hard bed, bedside table lamps not working, no cups, no glasses, no kitchen plates or cutlery, no hot water at shower or bath sink, no tissues, moldy smell from mold, advertising that said coffee maker and microwave in suite for preparing meals; if you brought the rest of your kitchen with you. Tastefully misleading at its best.

Watch out for this man. We booked the apartment on the day of arrival. There was information on the booking platform that you had to pay a deposit of 2,000 Mexican pesos. This is where the problems started because the deposit could only be paid in cash in oxxo or 7eleven stores. Of course, this information was not included anywhere, and it took us a lot of time and a lot of nerves to quickly find an ATM that supported Revolut. It later turned out that oxxo does not accept such payments despite information that payments can be made at these points. We were tired after the trip and this situation took us 4 hours! Of course, it was impossible to reach the owner by phone. There were people from the house next door in a similar situation, so it is not an isolated case. Moreover, when we returned the deposit, it turned out that we did not get the full amount back even though the apartment was intact. Attempts to contact the landlord proved unsuccessful, so part of the deposit was lost. Additionally, we heard a lot of other unpleasant information about this man on site. If you want to avoid nerves, avoid this place, even though the apartment itself is very nice and clean.

I only liked that it had a bed.

The check in process was a nightmare. It was a room in what appears to be a private home. The bathroom was across the hall and appeared to be shared with another room that was in the hall. No hot water. Take earplugs because it’s on a busy room and if anyone is in the other rooms you can hear everything. My son was on the hospital so I needed somewhere that was within walking distance and a place to sleep.
