Perfect to find a 3 bedded room for myself and 2 adult daughters walking up the river . Good central location so lots of meal options in local area. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast . Excellent shower

Bit noisy at night but that's because it was in the town centre.

Our whole stay was very comfortable and we loved the breakfast

The showers on off switch was broken when we got there and the shower head leaked

the room we were allocated ( no 16 ) was ok ish but the towel radiator in the bathroom was red hot, i told the staff who said they would sort it, on returning to the room at 7-30pm it was like being in a sauna plus when my wife flushed the toilet it filled and nearly overflowed, i went to reception and explained this and they managed to find us another room which was much better or our 2 night stay, apart from this the hotel was nice, the staff were friendly and the location was great, breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Breakfast tasted nice with choice of eggs how you would like them cooked but the full English only had 1 egg 1 sausage no black pudding no hashbrowns and only a handful of mushrooms you did get 2 slices of bacon though
