The George Hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice as well Room had a good size, bed was comfy

On our way to our room (which was the last) we passed a lot of stairs and other corridors. In one of these, there was a lot of clutted stuff lying around, bags, clothing, dismantled furniture etc, with dirty socks lying on the stairs. Made not the best impression. Our room however was quite clean.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable.

Decor tired. Entrance was worn. Bit smelly and unclean. Bathroom floor, old and tired. Bath chipped and old. Breakfast was not great - it all felt very budget.

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr hübsch und ruhig! Essen im Hauptgebäude ist prima. Über den Hof ging es zu einer kleinen, hübschen Einkaufstraße.

Parken etwas beschwerlich!

Room was nice and good value for money. Breakfast was basic but cooked to order and tasted good.

Bathroom had a slight drain smell which was unpleasant. Local bar was very loud and disrupted sleep but not the pub I was staying at.
