The George Hotel

The location was great for us as we were meeting friends. The food was good, we had an evening meal and breakfast.

Staff member was a little standoffish.

Lovely old coaching inn. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room pleasantly decorated. The bathroom was clean with fluffy towels and toiletries. There was tea and coffee and milk in the room. Our evening meal and breakfast were good

Room 10mnear the garden / supermarket very noisy first thing

I made an overnight stop on the way to the West Country..The staff were exceeding friendly and worked hard to make me feel welcome. The cooked breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

For the price, I could not fault it.
