Staff always welcoming and friendly

Staff were really nice and shower room was obviously new. Decor was clean and well maintained. Bed was a bit soft for me. Also right in middle of Crewkerne . Very good home cooked breakfast

Bar was noisy

The room was comfortable and unique. The old building had querky features, steep stairways and uneven floors etc, that gave it personality. Thank you for not taking all of that history away with a corporate make-over.

Weekday breakfast was served from 8am at the earliest, and took a long time to be ordered, cooked and served. This meant I was late for my work day, which wasn't a good look for my business.

Clean rooms and bathroom, excellent cooked breakfast, helpful staff made the stay pleasant.

The location was perfect, the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent because it was tasty and hot.

Lovely room, nice big shower, comfy bed

Shame that the restaurant was closed last night and breakfast doesn't start until 0800, however the 0800 slot was taken and I was offered 08.30 which is too late when on business.
