Room 6 provided everything we wanted - the mattress was the best one I have ever slept on!

No ‘don’t like’ to mention

Good location and comfortable room. We had some issues with the room but that was more than adequate dealt with. Good service!

The location was great, very close to town. Ground floor rooms with a kitchen access and plenty of car parking room were appreciated. Very comfortable room and bed.

There was a musty smell in our room 4 on arrival and we discovered damp carpet in one corner. Subsequently found out that there had been a burst pipe in nearby kitchen. Housekeeping apologised and said they were aware of the issue and would rectify it for future guests.

A good location just outside the heart of Oban with free parking for guests. Our room, no 6, had 2 large windows and a view over the Loch. Basic but very clean, a good sized bathroom, towels, a heated towel rail and plenty of hot water with good pressure.

There was nothing to dislike but I would suggest that given this is walking country each room would benefit from a boot tray.

The location was good for access to the town, the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped and good value

The room was next to the busy main road into town, so in the warmer weather you wouldnt want to have a window open. There is a large pothole at the driveway entrance which needs to be fixed. The access instructions are confusing, the Righ is hidden behind the big house and you do not enter via the kitchen but into the hallway. There was only one bowl suitable for soup/porridge and barely enough cutlery if all rooms were occupied. (10people) Some instructions for the air fryer/microwave would be helpful Some local information/contact details for ferries, buses, places to do food shop/ visit/eat would be helpful.

Saubere schöne Zimmer, Nähe zum Ort u zum Meer, Küche / Lounge vorhanden, Konnte gemütlich in Lounge mit Tischen, Sofa u Fernseher sitzen, Reinigungspersonal (zwei mal kurz gesehen) diese waren sehr freundlich

Kein persönlicher Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern, nie jemanden gesehen ausser kurz Reinigungspersonal (diese wie gesagt freundlich:-)! Ansonsten lediglich automatisierte Höflichkeitsfloskeln über Booking.com, aber keine oder unfreundliche / ablehnende Reaktion wenn man ein -in anderen Unterkünften gewöhnliches- Anliegen hatte wie z.B. 2. Bettdecke bei 2 Pn, etwas späterer checkout - (was aber vorher per automatischer Höflichkeitsfloskel gg Gebühr angeboten wurde) oder zumindest Gepäck aufbewahrung für 1-2Std). Küche schlecht ausgestattet und teilweise dreckig (Ofen, Geschirr; ausreichend großer Kochtopf nicht vorhanden). Fenster zu einer kleinen Mauer neben großer Straße, nachts hell wg schlechter Verdunkelung u Strassenlaterne, sehr hellhörig

Great location, perfect to walk to town centre. Great parking. Decent facilities (kitchen, shared frudge/freezer). Room not huge but fine for our couple of nights. Would use again
