L’appartement est très beau , confortable . Très bien situé dans le centre , à 7min à pied de la gare . Chambre spacieuse , cuisine avec tout le nécessaire

La salle de bain un peu étroite surtout avec les toilettes dedans. Pour le petit - déjeuner , des courses en suffisance sont prévues mais nous devons le préparer nous- même .Il manque un peu de frais ( fruits, fromage )

Staying at Gianna’s apartment was a wonderful experience. She was extremely attentive right from the moment we booked, sending us great tips about the area. As our arrival approached, she provided precise directions on how to get to the apartment and welcomed us warmly for check-in, where we were even greeted with a bottle of prosecco! She also shared fantastic recommendations for local bakeries, restaurants, and sightseeing. The apartment is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale station. The place itself is excellent—fully air-conditioned, with a lovely street view and a balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and the fridge and pantry were thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items. Maximum rating for our amazing host!

très bon accueil , ancien logement bien rénové et bien situé proche de la gare pour aller aux 5 terres et au centre ville, petit dejeuner libre service mais avec des gâteaux industriels !

sans lumière le logement est sombre et il y a une toute petite salle de bain

The location is great close to trains, buses and ferries. Also close to a large co op to get groceries if you want to eat in. The space in the apartment is thoughtfully designed and having breakfast food stocked up for you along with a bottle of prosecco on arrival is lovely. The bed is large and comfortable. All in all I would highly recommend staying here.

The property is ideally located next to the train station so perfect to go visit the Cinque Terre. It is also central in La Spezia with shops and restaurants very close by.
