NM Luxury Suites

Very nice, clean, and conveniently close to Pompeii. The hosts were great and extremely accommodating. We left our car keys in the room when we left and they had some assistance us within 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend staying here and I will stay here again when I revisit Pompeii.

The suite was fantastic, & Mr Bruno was great when we checked in, was super friendly & very helpful. Breakfast was delivered when we asked it to be, & coffee was good. The hot tub was lovely too, if only a little cold for use in winter, but in summer I imagine it will be perfect. Bed was so comfy, & the super large tv with Netflix really made it. Location is great, a 5 minute walk from the train station & a further 5 minute walk to the Pompeii ruins & main street for food & drinks & a 2 minute walk to the Basilica which you can see the tower of from the balcony.

The only thing missing was tea & coffee making facilities, kettle etc. Which would have been nice for another coffee after breakfast.

Location was perfect and the view from the balcony was great.

We did as instructed and waited a few hours without running any hot water anywhere and then filled the hotub, it never got warm, it was room temp at best. It was the main reason we booked the room and was not really usable. Speaking of room temp, the room never really warmed up very well, it took half a day to get somewhat comfortable as the tile floor was freezing. Maybe warm up the room before guests arrive?

The room was better than expected. Great location and safe. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Near everything and will be staying here again.

Lovely balcony, friendly host, nice jacuzzi, big Tv, spacious room and breakfast delivered to the room! We enjoyed our stay there in Pompeii. Downstairs has a fresh pasta restaurant, very close to Pompeii old town and train stations.
