NM Luxury Suites

The room was as pictured. The location was fabulous. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was good just a croissant, coffee and juice, delivered to our room daily. Can walk to everything, the entrance to Pompei is very close. We enjoyed our stay in the suite and the balcony was great. Would stay again.

The shower did not drain properly but reported problem and hopefully was fixed for next renter. There was no WIFI for our entire stay and the cellular signal very bad in unit. This was a huge inconvenience, we were told that the WIFI provider was having service issues. There was no place to put luggage besides the bed, a luggage stand would be a great addition. Breakfast on our last day was not delivered, apparently a mix up in the time.

Great location for the ruins and the town. Comfortable and private room. Terrific host with very useful recommendations!

The hotel had a nice view of the church/ bell tower. Breakfast of cappuccinos and pastries were delivered to our room. A nice touch! Cute downtown area for a leisurely walk is just minutes from hotel.

The room was nice but did not have a jacuzzi tub. Also, the listing says it has robes, but it doesn’t explicitly say that it does not include bath towels bc it has robes. A beautiful shower, but no bath towels- strange! The iron was also broken so I requested one- which was never delivered. The comforter was dingy. Located in a pedestrian area only so you will have to walk and tote your luggage to arrive at your check in point. I would not consider this a luxury stay.

The property lived up to all our expectations. Location was perfect, facilities was great and the jacuzzi was fabulous after a long day of walking in Pompei. The breakfast each morning was great and the croissant was amazing still warm fresh from the oven. Mr Bruno was so helpful and kind to us made our stay even better. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back 🤞

The property was great location, walking distance from Pompeii train station and close to the ruins entrance. We also walked to Scavi-Villa train station which was a mile walk. The property was clean, modern in decor and light and airy. We were met on arrival with the keys as there is no reception at the property. The apartment was a lot bigger than the photos show, with two balcony’s, very large bed and a big shower with toiletries provided.

No WiFi for our stay(we only stayed for one night), messaged the property through booking.com and was told the WiFi was down, was annoying though as neither of us could then get phone data (4g) in the room, if we went out on the balcony could get it but wasn’t great only 3G, not great when you are travelling and needing to check timings plans etc. Netflix etc then wouldn’t work on the tv either. As we only stayed for one night could get by but I wouldn’t have been pleased if we were there for longer. The room is clean, however there is a cupboard behind the shower next to the bed which had a dirty water smell (like a blocked drain) coming from it, I opened the cupboard and it’s full of cleaning stuff and buckets, which were the cause of the smell, just unpleasant when lying in the bed. Marble floor can be slippery when getting out the shower. No robes provided as stated in the description.

Hot tub that was not good, broken on arrival and when fixed did not get hot. There was a fridge and only one glass, wine / champagne was supposed to be included according to there write up but was not provided. There was no Internet so the TV did not work and there is no mobile service in the property at all. The soap was empty, I could carry on but the owners just need a little more care to improve the experience

What a beautiful room and location, literally a stones throw from the Pompeii ruins and walking distance from the high Street The hottub was amazing and the breakfast was brilliant The host is quick to reply and incredibly happy and helpful Would definitely stay here again, what a great find for our honeymoon

Wish we could have stayed longer
