USWow, what a room. Washer & Dryer, Range, oven, fridge, lots of space. It would have been a much better value had we stayed for more than one night and taken advantage of the amenities.
$240 US a night was a little rich for our tastes, but it was an entire suite. No view to speak of (parking lot).

GBGreat central location and a good base for exploring Christchurch. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with everything you need for a short stay — including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a lovely big dining table. We also appreciated the little celebration touches on arrival — the towel swans (with slightly amusing stuck-on eyes!) and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture… even if we accidentally left it in the fridge when we checked out!
The parking instructions weren’t clear at all, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be after a long drive. On arrival, one of the reception staff wasn’t particularly helpful and suggested reversing on the main road to access the car park, which didn’t feel like a safe option, so we chose not to do that. Clearer and more practical directions would make a big difference. The lounge seating could have been better positioned for easy TV viewing, which made relaxing in the evening slightly less comfortable.
