Bedside light didn’t work. Reception in sufficiently manned. Music playing in reception far too loud.

AUEverything about our stay was great. From check in to check out we were extremely happy with this hotel and the lovely staff. The location is a short walk along the river to the main center and botanic gardens and the bus to the airport is across the road. Super convenient. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and modern. The double glazing ensures nil noise from the road. The bed is comfortable and pillows are lovely.
