Nothing. Noone on-site and no information sent to me telling which unit I was to go in. Security would not let me go to the key collection box because I didn't know unit number.

Waited an hour and a half on the street till I could finally make contact with vendor and find out unit number. No response to phone calls. Finally entered property and unit was on 21st floor. Unit was tiny, unclean and smelly. Couldn't stay there so just left. Had trouble getting transport to come to the location to take us back to the airport.

Close to the airport.

We chose this accommodation because it was close to the airport, and we thought we would be able to get a few hours of rest there before our early departure. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. After a full day of traveling, we arrived at the apartment late in the evening. As soon as we entered, we were hit by a strong musty smell, and there was even water on the floor. After that, we quickly took a shower because we only had a few hours to sleep before leaving for the airport early in the morning. When we were about to go to bed, we found a cockroach in the bed. At that point, it became clear to us that we could not sleep there. We immediately informed the owner about the problem, but all they said was that there were no other rooms available because the place was fully booked. No solution or assistance was offered — no cleaning, no alternative arrangements — we were simply left on our own in the middle of the night. This kind of attitude was completely unacceptable to us. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. It’s better to choose another place.
