Over charged on the overnight parking, already informed the reception only required overnight parking for 1 night, upon check out, the hotel still charged 2 nights parking usd48/night, already email to the hotel since 3 June but no action action and no reply , poor customer service

No conditioner in bathroom, no water in room, no drinks given with coupon given for drinks, no tissues in the room, no shuttle after midnight, no breakfast given at 9.40am

Every interaction was pleasant and helpful.

We had spilled something onto the floor and we thought since the cleaners were coming into the room, they would naturally vacuum it up, but when we returned later in the day, the mess was still there on the floor. The beds had been made so we were surprised that the cleaners had been in the room and not cleaned an obvious spill on the floor that was quite visible. We were unable to clean it ourselves bc as travelers we do not have any brooms or dustpans. Just disappointing that it was ignored and not taken care of.

Great amenities, location away from LAX traffic but still close to the freeway. Free EV charging. Free happy hour on site. Indoor pool, Ample parking. Great free breakfast buffet. Atmosphere.

Parking prices. The AC is controlled on a central unit throughout the hotel instead of individually.

It was great to have the shuttle bus service in the morning to take us directly to the airport
