It was average

Check in is at 4pm but room was not ready till 7:30pm. No towels in room when ready. Housekeeping bought up towels but gave an annoyed look n didn’t say 1 word n walked away when I said thank you. Had to push 4 luggages in the cart myself to my room. Desk people not so courteous, after all that bad service, after a long 24 hour flight, pay a lot to be treated like a 1 star hotel.
