"Spoilt a great business model"

Free shuttle to LAX terminals. Shuttle drivers were great.

Got there at about 2pm. Would understand and expected to be told room not ready yet. However told $50 for early check in. If a room was ready what was the problem of just giving us the Key versus gouging another $50 on top of high room rate. The new drink limit on evening reception makes Embassy Suites normal hotel but expensive. Shame but we will not stay at ES again. It used to be our favorite hotel

Nos dieron una habitación cuyas ventanas eran con vidrios esmerilados, no se podía ver hacia afuera y no se podían abrir! Pedimos un cambio y tuvimos que pagar por ello. Llegamos 12 del mediodía y nos cobraron un extra por darle check in

Was not impressed that we paid $48 extra to park in your parking structure. Parking should be free if we stay at your hotel..

Absolutely Loved This Place!" "Okay, so I just got back from staying here and seriously, it was amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, not in a contrived 'customer service' way, you know? Our room was spotlessly clean – like sparkling – and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the view was incredible! The breakfast was incredibly varied with lots of delicious food. Location-wise, it was perfect for exploring everything. Can't wait to come back.
