Unfortunately the location is in an area that is not safe except to walk out the front door and turn right to access the Georges square outdoor area- before 5pm only. Do not turn left out of the front door.

Everything was world class and, we enjoyed and loved our stay here. The Luxury family suites are perfect for a family holiday. All the staff member are incredible and were very helpful, friendly and super throughout. We spent the Christmas there and it been close to the Adderley street lights just made our stay even more magical.

location made it difficult to go out at night. I wish we would have stayed around the V&A. the aircon was broken the first day (making it difficult to sleep) but it was swiftly fixed the next day. there was no wine key so we had to call someone to bring one to open our wine. I couldn’t use my blow dryer as the outlets accommodating my adapter were only located next to the bed and the blow dryer in the hotel became unplugged and we couldn’t reach it to plug it back in the socket. it was blocked by a wooden panel. the blow dryer was also hard to use (much like the iron) with a very tiny cord. the blow dryer had to be squeezed continuously to turn it on and that made my hand cramp.
