There was no servicing of the bedrooms. When we inquired the hotel said it's extra charge so perhaps we should book two separate nights check out and back in to get a room serviced? How ridiculous ??

Our stay at Taj was excellent. We booked through Booking.com almost a year in advance (travelled February 2023) and all was in order with our booking from start to finish. As it was part of our belated honeymoon I wanted to surprise my wife with Champagne and flowers and this was all arranged with the marvellous help of Kobos ( 'K') who arranged all of the above as well as a private car to collect us from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for 'K' and the expression of delight on my wife's face when she arrived said it all. I cannot thank 'K' or the hotel for everything they did and how much they all did to make our stay memoroable. MR
