Appartamento grazioso e funzionale, con ampio bagno (soprattutto la doccia) e cucina salotto, tutto in posizione fantastica nel pieno centro storico.

Purtroppo arrivano rumori e schiamazzi notturni dei ragazzi dalla stradina su cui affaccia la finestra. L'appartamento non è adatto a disabili perché ci sono delle scalette all'interno che portano alla zona notte e al bagno.

Le restaurant dans le hall d'accès était formidable, le personnel ainsi que les spécialités calabraise. Avec de la très bonne musique, dont Sydney Bechet avec le morceau les roses de Picardie. Fantastique (c'était le morceau préféré de mon père. Grand moment nostalgique).

Il y avait 2 télévisions à écran plat, mais sans images et sans son. Finalement ce n'était pas très grave. Tout se passe à proximité à l'extérieur.

Location was great for the centre, restaurants and shopping, not so much for the beach. 200 steps down and 200 up each time you went to the beach.

Water must be used with caution as you only get a 500ltr allocation a day. We had short showers and it was fine. Toilet then had a leak and used up all our water. I complained and the owner tried to blame me and said it wasn’t his responsibility? After 2 days of issues I was very firm and had the toilet fixed which solved the issue. Sofa bed was in the kitchen and made it hard to use kitchen with bed open. Stair case to upper room and the only bathroom was more like a ladder and sketchy. Location was inside an osteria which was not so private. Only one window and no ventilation, could sense moisture internally which is not good.

No tenía wifi, supuestamente se había roto hace unos días. Muy ruidoso, cerca de un bar que pone música electrónica toda la noche. Para tres personas es justo el espacio. Mala comunicación de parte del contacto.

Assolutamente al di sotto delle aspettative, a fronte delle foto che propongono un appartamento curato abbiamo trovato un alloggio in pessimo stato di manutenzione con muri che si scrostano, macchie di muffa e odore di umido persistente, unico modo per non sentirlo è lasciare tutto spalancato ma fino alle 2 di notte con il rumore del locale attiguo è impossibile dormire. La bombola del gas è posizionata in cucina e non c'è nessun foro di areazione, mancano anche i sensori per le fughe di gas e il monossido di carbonio obbligatori per strutture ricettive. Saranno piccolezze ma anche il wifi non è presente e nemmeno la macchina del caffè (presenti nella lista dotazione) le stoviglie erano sporche e palesemente insufficienti, chi affitta un appartamento non esce a pranzo e cena per ogni pasto. Dimenticavo, nemmeno la TV ha ricezione.. Ottimo solo come veloce base di appoggio, peccato perché la posizione è eccezionale

Alloggio caratteristico. situato proprio nel centro storico. Comodo a tutto. Solo 9 min a piedi dal mare. Proprietario sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Consigliato!

The location is exactly in the heart of the historical center which is indeed a big advantage. Everything is in a max 20 minutes walk from everything that you need. People are very friendly and no stress can be noticed on the streets:) The air conditioning is very efficient and works properly. There is good water pressure at the shower. Even though we read reviews mentioning water problems, luckily we didn’t have any. We were warned to be a bit careful with the water between 4 pm and 6 am. Which is a good thing, at least to know what you except.

Unfortunately the apartment is very close to a bar that has every night (at least in August) really super loud music and super loud teens. Earliest till 1.30 am, latest 3 am. (And if you have the “luck” to find some teenagers who think they are the next Eminem and decide to serenade under your window…happy happy joy joy) The apartament is definitely not for a family with 2 kids. For teenagers that want to have fun and don’t care so much of small, but very important things, maybe. The apartament is a big room, that was transformed in a loft, but a very small one :). There is only one window, but this is not such a big issue. The toilet is separated from the sink and from the shower, which can be an advantage, but the problem is that if someone wants to use either of them, will need to bother the people sleeping upstairs. So, people should expect a loft with all that implicates that. The kitchen in the apartment is very poor, no proper cooking can be done. The stove has 2 burners, but only one is working. The pans are old and better not use them, super cheap quality, cutlery too. There is no oven and many utensils are missing. The fridge is small, but it does its job well. A microwave is there, but that’s the least usable thing. Better add an oven and proper equip the kitchen. I am pretty disappointed as I love to cook and I couldn’t… at all. There is no washing machine, but we knew that from the start. It is possible to wash and dry the clothes at a 17 minutes walk cleaning automat (you need to go down the stairs into the marina and go back up :)) 8kg wash costs 7 euros and 3 euros for 15 minutes dry. Another issue - there was no internet, for the whole 11 days. we were told few days before our arrival that there is a problem with it, and that it was reported, but nothing happened. I had the feeling no one cared about doing something to solve the issue.
