La humedad, salida de humo de la cocina, lo pequeño de era en comparación a las imágenes. entraron a la vivienda mientras ya estábamos alojados sin avisar. Nos dimos cuenta porqué desapreció un extintor. Lo comentamos a la propietaría y ni se disculpo.

Location, localtion, location...

Needs a good revamp overall (especially the kitchen). No way to get a plastic chair from the host to sit outside...

As mentioned in many other reviews, the location is top. Everything kinda worked.

That being said, a lot can be improved. For starters, we arrived at 16hrs, while checkin was possible starting from 1pm. The cleaning had just started and the explanation was that the other cleaning staff fell out due to medical illness. Sounds like the one trick from the magician's book, but I give them benefit of the doubt. I just wonder what would have happened if we arrived earlier, my guess is arriving at a non-cleaned house... But here are some major points to improve on: 1) you can describe the interior as charming, but when everthing smells like old and damp, this almost reduces the charmingness to nothing, although the interior has a nice 1900 feeling. 2) Update all the equipment, starting frim kitchen to bathroom and shower, it's functional, but that's all 3) My guess is that the water causes some issues, especially in the shower and bathroom area: you can see that it has skewed the triplex sink and bathroom furniture. When you open the bathroom closets, you'll know... 4) Swimming pool: that one was almost lethal: green algae and a hose sputtering some air in the 'water'. If you advertise this place has a pool, you must at leas be able to go into it, I didn't dare... 5) Beds were hard and noisy But hey, don't let these spoil your stay, the place is a perfect hangout for hiking, swimming and all the other stuff that makes Flores such a great place. Just don't expect any luxury and to my opinion it's a bit overpriced with some things not working and other discomfort as mentioned above.

After submitting mu original review, I got contacted by a representative of the property who was aggressive, called me a comedian and shamed me for saying something negative on my review. This was disgusting. I'm not spending my vacation on working things out to make your reviews look better especially given that a number of people here mentioned communication problems on your part and given that some of the things I mention were brought up before and weren't addressed. Review: I didn't appreciate the passive-aggressive note that they had on the table right next to the door which said "If you don't have something good to say, don't say anything at all". This was mentioned by other guest and the response was that this note promotes good atmosphere, which is clearly a lie given the reaction i got to my review. There was another one like this - "Leave the place in a better state then you found it". Better then cleaned by a professional? Maybe just "please leave the place clean" would be enough? The house was nice for the most part. Just the shower is in a terrible condition. It's a little tilted and the drain is higher a bit, so dirty water stays in the shower. The sliding doors don't close properly leaving a gap up to 1cm, and one of the doors won't roll back normally. There must have been some leak and they fixed it with orange polyurethane foam. It looks really tacky on white.

Location great in heart of Faja Grande. Parking comfortable.

The property is located within an exceptional location.

The property is a bit dated (which we already expected from reviews). What we dint expect was for electricity to go down and for none of the 3 numbers provided to not answer. We finally got some help after messaging via the booking.com app when they asked us to check the electricity switches ourselves. The electricity eventually came back at lunchtime (when someone went there to fix it), then it when out again the at night. After various attempts to call, someone finally answered and informed us of the correct place to check the electrical switches. Had they answered the phone on the previous day this hassle could be avoided. At the property they have a sign is says “If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all”. Which I believe already shows they are not interested in improving their services. Its a shame as its a nice house with huge potential.
