Teniamos reserva desde hace casi 1 mes y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que todo estaba lleno y que nos fuéramos, incluso nos dio el nombre de una Guesthouse que estaba cerca. Le enseñé la residencia Booking y me dijo que no trabajaban con Booking

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The lack of hygiene and absence of cleaning services is unacceptable. The management is incompetent and the staff are rude and unhelpful. Save your money and find a better-managed hotel.
