Rude talking of staff, bed and AC makes noise, poor house keeping

When booked it was showing AC when we reached there they gave us a Non-AC Room. Entrance is too bad. The way they talk is too bad. Still I stayed because it was late night, difficult to get room elsewhere Cleaning was average.

Nothing to like here worst place and worst staff

I had a booking confirmation as I was traveling to Sri Lanka the next morning so I booked this property because it was near the airport but when I reached they said no room available and they sold my booked room to another couple for extra money. Not only is this staff shameless, they refused to even help me find another hotel.i was totally fed up and left from there and found another room such a shameless staff they have also booking. Com customer care didn't respond so it was the worst experience for me
