I am appalled that this needs to be answered. Now I am slowly starting to question the credibility of Booking.com. In my many years of Hotel stays, I have never come across a more unprofessional staff who don't know the "C" of customer service. I wish to remind this platform and them that they are not running any charity. Travellers are paying money and expect at least a decent experience, let alone lavish treatment. There is a common thread of complaints across other platforms like MakeMyTrip about this hotel( case in point - check the reviews on date 4 Mar, 26 Apr,6 Feb) - Unprofessional and rude staff, bossy attitude, No idea about the details furnished on Booking.com (I challenged them about the Check-in/Out), unkempt rooms, dirty linen, no regard for customer requests, dysfunctional flush system, unkempt bathroom,s and the list goes on - Does "Booking.com" not heed to the genuine reviews of their user? Or is this review a mere lip service? This platform needs to introspect further in letting these scoundrels run the stay the way it is. THIS SHOULD NOT have a smiley emoticon. I just explained in detail the rubbish that they are.

Shall I go on with the Laundry list again? Right from the first call where I enquired about the early check-in, the answer, even if a "NO", just like in customer service, should be polite and laced with courtesy. These buggers rudely told me that the check-in can't be early - How is that possible? Should I teach them courteous 101 lessons on the phone? As informed to them, I reached early. After a tiring overnight Travel, all I requested was a bathroom use for urinals, and it was good 2 hours away from my check-in, as I checked in around 9:00 AM. The hotel has a bathroom for the front desk people. All I requested was a simple Human need, which was again denied. I understand that the rooms may be full, but letting a person after a tiring journey for a urinal use is certainly not a crime!. Add the rude and the nonsensical behavior, the whole atmosphere of the rooms, dysfunctional flush, unkempt bathroom/room, dirty linen - you name it, these people proved it. A mightily disappointing stay (I chose not to use the profane words to keep the sanctity of this platform intact)

Staffs are good. Amenities are ok.

The whole place was smelling all the time very badly. Also the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep.
