1. The possition in Budapest, near many important sites, 10-30 minutes by foot, depending on where do you want to go. 2. Very clean. 3. The included free parking spot. 4. The spacious balcony. 5. Newer building or newly renovated, in a complex with good restaurants and more. 6. Pretty good facilities, but there is room for improvements. 7. Pretty confortable bed and pillows. 8. The coffee machine and some capsules.

1. The owner/administrator its a bad kind of the new genetation type with lack of responsability, respect and reliability, who has some kind of life issues. Its the son of the woman who is responsable for cleaning, she is the reason I gave this possitive review, I respect her effort. 2. After driving 12 hours, I arrived only with 13 minutes before 15:00 (being a very late check-in, by the way), and the garage card was missing from the flat, and with no place to park the car, I had to drive away and find a parking spot, for witch I've paid, of course, lack of consideration from the kid. 3. Near the bed there is mold on the side wall and the paint fell away, like in the picture. 4. The shower head fixing spot its useless, unless you want to fill all the bathroom with water. 5. The lack of a table on the balcony. 6. No disposable slippers. 7. Few towels. 8. Much noise from a downstairs children playing ground.

Gera lokacija, patogus susisiekimas. Puikiai paaiškina kaip rasti kambarį, suteikia visą informaciją. Kambaryje yra visko ko riekia.

Kambariui reikia kosmetinio remonto (sienos) kvapas

楼房在佩斯热闹的地区，离各景点走路即可到达。

房间一面墙的底下一长溜似乎因为隔壁漏水而导致墙皮脱落，离床很近，睡觉时心里感觉很不好，不知道房东为何不及时修复。

החדר בסדר גמור יש כל מה שצריך , מיטה נוחה אך מתאימה לזוג או משפחה הכי חשוב : location location location

כשהזמנתי את החדר לא ראיתי שניתן להזמין חדר עם 2 מיטות נפרדות כך שאם באים 2 חברים או ש2 חברות ולא רוצים לישון ביחד באותה מיטה אז זה בעיה. המיטה גם לא גדולה מידי. הכרית לא הייתה נוחה. אין מפתחות הכל עובד על קוד כניסה למעבר למתחם המגורים וגם לדלת הכניסה של החדר.
