Excellent location — right in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and modern, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a spacious wardrobe, washing machine, TV with YouTube, and a balcony. The building is secure, which gives a sense of safety. There is parking available, although there are some nuances (I’ll mention them in the “cons” section).

There are a few inconveniences worth mentioning. Accessing the parking is not very user-friendly: you need to first enter the apartment to get the key, and upon departure, you have to leave the garage, then return to the apartment to return the key. The parking spot is located in a large parking building, but it’s one of the very last spots in a tight corner, difficult to maneuver into, and doesn’t feel very secure. The mattress was very uncomfortable — it’s spring-based and you can feel every movement from your partner, which made sleeping difficult. The front door has very poor sound insulation; it feels like it’s open, as you can hear everything happening in the corridor. Since the building is mostly short-term rentals, there were people running and shouting in the hallways at night, which disturbed our sleep. The shower was also not ideal — the shower head doesn’t tilt down and sprays straight out, making it awkward to use. Additionally, some basic essentials were missing: there was no cooking oil, no sugar, and the teacups were very small.

The stay was fantastic! Firstly, the host is amazing! We managed to lock ourselves outside of the apartment, and they immediately helped us out even tho it was late in the evening. When we came, we got super detailed instructions with photos. Also, we asked to leave the car parked a bit longer and they allowed us because they had time before the next guest! The apartment is fantastic, super comfy bed, with AC, spacious bathroom and equipped kitchen. Terase as well! The location was great, in the center center of Budapest! In the apartment street there are a lot of stores, restaurants, and even arcades! But even tho it was full of life, it was super quiet in the apartment. Also, we really liked that the whole building complex is getting locked during the night and there is security checking as well, but the city is generally very safe at night, we never had any problems. And the best thing is that right in front of the building is the best vegan restaurant we have been to. Make sure to go there!

The location was fantastic. Very close to tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, and public transport. Check-in was easy, and the apartment is in a nice quiet complex while still being close to more lively areas if that's what you want. Really nice apartment for 2 people coming to visit Budapest for a few days.

Location is very good to get around Budapest on foot. We could walk to about everything we wanted to see in city center!

The code entry and parking was a bad experience for us. The Owner sent access code for the outside door and the key box by the apartment door the day ahead, but then changed both while we were in route traveling so we couldn't get in when we got there. On top of that, the narrow street out front was busy with traffic and cars/trucks parked along and on the sidewalk so we were forced to drive into the parking garage and take a ticket rather than use the parking pass which was locked in the apartment that we couldn't get into. After much wasted time trying to get the updated access codes, we got in and got the parking pass, but then found the parking still confusing and gated. So, I ended up having to leave the car parked overnight and then pay 35 euros the next day to move the car to the designated lower level parking which was then open. Cautionary note, make sure the Owner gives the correct codes and doesn't change them last minute. Regarding the parking, go to the parking office which will appear closed and use the call button and wake somebody up inside so they clearly explain the parking to you or you will be forced to pay. Wasn't happy about being charged 35 euro even after explaining to the parking guy the issues from the day before and showing him that I had a parking card. On top of that, when I went to leave, the parking card didn't work so I had to leave the card at the arm gate and walk to the attendant to get him to open the arm gate! Whole bunch of hassles and really not much useful help from the Owner!
