Ilocos Urban Wave Resort Hotel

Overall excellent. One of the best places to stay in Illocos Norte/Laog. My only complaint was that they charged me a ridiculous amount for towels. They provided one with a strand that was unraveling, and there was some small stains from makeup and light dirt from within the resort that easily washed out, and for this normal use they charged me twice what the towels costs at the local market. Shameful way to treat a tourist and not a good way to build a customer base.

The venue is very pretty, pools are fantastic and very close to the airport.

Amazing resort with awesome pools. Resort has great open spaces and areas to lounge around and chill. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Suggest to look at ant pest control in the bathroom area. Also please check the shower head assembly as it was loose on the wall and fell off when in use.

Rooms are massive and comfortable. You can’t fault of anything. Massive swimming pool

Beds are comfy. Staff are pretty okay.

Have to pay for drinking water, been provided 11(free) 500ml bottles for 11 guest which are staying there for 3nights. Had to pay for more drinking water for the rest of the stay. If you book for 1 night or even for a week thats all the water you get for free (should be atleast per day? Or a drinking station). 2 out of 3 rooms that we booked doesn’t have exhaust in the toilet.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Ilocos Urban Wave Resort. The entire hotel was immaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. I can't wait to return!
