Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then.

I loved Ilocos Urban Wave. Great resort and landscaping. Its quite far from San Nicolas RObinson or SM Laoag/ Laoag City, but you can take a tricycle or hire a private van to visit main malls. Overall, the multiple pools and amazing staff at Cafe Onda and overall resort staff were super friendly. I stayed with my family visiting from New York and we absolutely had an amazing time. I recommend it to anyone visiting from USA.

The Villa 2 we got was clean and well prepared. Amenities was also in the room. The pools were good, the kids even adults enjoyed.

I signed up a pre arrival form as they sent the email and requested 1pm check in. We thought we can check in early

Near airport, clean, great aesthetics of the room

Staff did not know if they received payment. They need to contact Booking.com. No universal outlet. 3 prongs of the power plug.
