Cher pour la qualité proposée. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes durant notre séjour : évacuation des toilettes défectueuse, faible pression d’eau, serviettes souvent oubliées par le ménage. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres et le réseau est inexistant. Le petit-déjeuner est très médiocre . Le plus décevant reste la gestion de notre situation liée à la météo. Suite aux annulations de ferry, nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour malgré une autre réservation déjà payée à Coron. Lorsqu’un ferry s’est finalement libéré en dernière minute, nous avons demandé un geste commercial exceptionnel pour la dernière nuit devenue inutile. Après 8 nuits payées en cash, aucun geste n’a été proposé pour un cas exceptionnel comme le nôtre. Dommage pour un établissement de cette gamme. Expérience globalement décevante, nous ne reviendrions pas dans cet hôtel.

Ora Beach Resort is a nicely designed resort with good taste, located directly by the beach. The rooms are good and comfortable. However, the price is high compared to the quality of service provided.

Hot water was an issue every day, especially in the morning and evening. We had to call reception daily to send someone to reset the system, which is not acceptable for a resort at this price level. The breakfast is quite poor for the price, much more could be expected. The internet connection is below expectations. We changed rooms twice during our stay and still experienced very poor or sometimes no connection at all. Although the reception staff was friendly, most of the time when we asked for assistance or information, there was no clear answer, and they often did not seem to have the information needed. Overall, the resort has good potential thanks to its design and location, but service, maintenance, and breakfast quality need significant improvement to justify the price.

The room was basic but comfortable, and it served its purpose.

The overall experience fell short of what I expected for the price. Amenities and service didn’t match the cost, and the breakfast was just one example of areas needing improvement. Had the price been lower, my expectations would have been met, but at this rate, the hotel really needs to raise its standards.

-Stanza senza sfogo esterno diretto -molto prima del nostro arrivo abbiamo aggiunto una notte alla prenotazione e non sono stati in grado di unire le due prenotazioni per cui abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera l’ultimo giorno -teli mare messi a disposizione osceni (macchiati e strappati) -servizio lavanderia non puntuale -wifi scarso -refill della colazione molto lento

L’accoglienza e gentilezza dello staff, camere pulitissime, letto super comodo, la posizione sul mare vicino ai localini piu belli, centro raggiungibile in triciclo o moto in 3/4 min

The hotel is like 2 stars .I'm not recommended staying at this hotel.If you arrived at the breakfast after 9 a.m there was almost nothing left.Very very poor.
