Ora Beach Resort

Estaba en plena playa con atardeceres increíbles y fuera del bullicio de El Nido Town Habitación muy limpia y servicio atento

Desayuno limitado en opciones, creo que es un hotel como para tener desayuno buffet. Cuando llegamos la piscina estaba en mantenimiento y no tuvieron ningún detalle para contrarrestar el inconveniente.

I stayed at this hotel in El Nido for 7 days. Overall, my experience was good. The cleanliness was fine, and the staff were very attentive and polite. The facilities and location were also satisfactory.

There are some points for improvement. The breakfast was quite limited in options, and the restaurant service was often slow. The swimming pool needs maintenance, as some tiles are coming loose. Additionally, the shower had low water pressure, and we experienced issues with hot water during our stay. With a few improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer an even better experience for its guests.

Everything was good enough. It was a good choice staying 4 nights with Ora for our family.

The pool was good, room was great, very clean.

Breakfast could of been better, small and not many options. I had the pancakes but I couldn't substitute the fruit for bacon, no flexibility at all. No tea bags only coffee. The entrance road to the hotel needs work too.

The location

The room air con was too loud and disturbing during night time / the room was quite small, had no place to hang up wet clothes but in chairs outside the room visible to the public/ Cleanliness was regular/ Food quality at the restaurant was poor / among others...

Location was very good

Food was very average for the price we paid .we would expect more fruit choices and real fresh fruit drinks not powdered sachet juices.staff were not very good at communication...2 times we ordered food and both times we did not get all that was ordered..very poor training manager needs to do their job better

The amenities in itself are good. It’s decent and organised.

The communication is poor. You always need to ask otherwise you’re room doesn’t get cleaned. There’s no acknowledging of what you’re saying, you have to ask for a follow-up. The staff is giggling rather than helping. I got food poisoning and was out for three days. They didn’t communicate that to the front desk. The food is absolutely outrageous, DO NOT EAT THERE! Not even worth it for breakfast. They likely don’t follow cleaning and food and handling procedures.

Great location and service. There are a few decent restaurants and massage salons nearby. The area is clean and quiet.

You won't be able to swim in the sea near the hotel (the water recedes). You'll need to go elsewhere for the beach.

The AC was very loud, very hard to sleep because of it. Ants were getting through the window frame

This was very clean and such a good location. Internet service was good.

Their restaurant staff was not accommodating at all. Got orders wrong all the time and no assistance really . Breakfast was minimal.
