It is a real old Sicilian apartment in old town, with all the atmosphere and the energy of a place where a family lived for a long time. You can feel at home.

This sure is something else, like stepping in your beloved great-grandmother's villa - in the best possible sense of the word. Hard to beat.

For obvious reasons, house is not easily heatable in winter months, despite hosts' best efforts.

One of the most spectacular properties you can stay in. The house is hauntingly quiet but really, the main selling point, is the absolutely enormous terrace. It received the sun all day long and was so peaceful and relaxing. A stunning apartment.

I loved everything about it because it has a really old lived-in feel to it. It is absolutely not modern so if you are looking for that, it wont be for you. But if you like something more authentic and real, this place is perfect.

The host was very friendly. The apartment is huge with a large terrace with a lovely view.

Perhaps it is somewhat outdated but it did not bother me. It had it's charme in Modica.

The apartment was rather old fashioned with a nice lived-in atmosphere. It was very well situated as a base for exploring Módica. Communication with the host was excellent.

The building work next door was sometimes a bit noisy but there is not much that can be done about that.

Lovely old property in a brilliant location in lower Modica, (Modica Bassa). Wonderful large terrace with great view of one side of the city. Next to my favourite cafe,ice cream bar and restaurant. A few mi utes walk up the hill to my favourite wine bar / Enoteca. Hosts turned up to welcome you in.

Big house, with all you need, very central and amazing Terrace with beautiful view of the iconic city. you can see photos of the city captured from the terrace in the night. Highly recommended.
