Beautiful old property, very spacious and fantastic large terrace. Absolutely typical of the houses in Modica ,full of character.

The kitchen and bathroom were a bit tired and the oven wasn’t useable.

"Great find, amazing location and value"

Spacious, characterful apartment in superb location, near to bars and restaurants in Old Town, but quiet tucked away in an alleyway. Had all basic amenities, including shower and kitchen, big bedrooms and dining room. Best thing was the roof terrace with stunning views.

Hard to find! Couldn't get in on arrival but owner came in 15 mins. No obvious WiFi. Double bed was very firm.

"Enormous and clean"

It is a great great place right in the centre of Modica. A huge apartment that I booked at a very reasonable price. The young couple that met me and the Signora that came to say goodbye were extremely friendly and helpful. They even let me leave my luggage after the check out time. If I am to return to Modica, I would definitely choose that same place

Location was fabulous, so close to the city center, very clean, space amazing, very big, fantastic patio.

It would be worth asking how to make the cooker work. There was everything to make your own things but I couldn't make turn it on.
