GBGBGBThe property was in a great spot at the centre of Heaton Moor village.
It was a bit noisy in the evening. The music was good and if I’d been a bit younger I’d have been down there singing along.

GBGBEverything! The room was so beautiful with lovely cozy touches. The host was also top tier and even gave us a lift to the station when our train was canceled. Superb!
Location was a bit far from central manchester but that was an oversight on my part. Next time stay we will be using the local restaurants and bars as they looked lovely!
GBClean, tidy, very modern and smart
GBI arrived mid-evening for a one night stay. Checking in is done at the bar in the pub below and was very friendly and helpful, taken up to my room quickly and shown where everything was. There's a small shared kitchen area for making drinks and complimentary breakfast items for the morning. The room was really nicely decorated, nice furniture, huge tv, and nicely done shower room. Good location too, I wouldn't normally stay this far out of Manchester city centre but it was a late booking so good value for money being out of town. It's a short walk to Heaton Chapel train station with regular trains into the city (about 10 minutes) or Stockport (abiut 5 minutes). Bar was friendly but nothing special, had football on several tvs and country & western music playing. Nice pint although city centre prices. Other nice looking bars & cafes very close by.
To be fair I can't really fault it, the room was really nice, good value for money, very friendly and complimentary stuff for breakfast. If I was going to be really picky, it was quite noisy in my room at times from traffic down the main road (one of the windows didn't quite close properly), the wifi wasn't useable (although had strong 4G signal so no issue), and there was no light or lamp switch that you could reach without getting out of bed. Access to the room was from a metal staircase down an alleyway at the back of the pub which didn't look particularly inviting. There was also a glass topped coffee table in the room that rattled with every step you took around the room, might have just been me being heavy-footed, but as I said, I'm being really picky with these points as it was a very nice room for the price and I'd certainly stay there again.
