GBGBModern with a vintage feel, exceptionally clean and we even got some home reno inspirations whilst there! Great stay, lovely staff too! The downstairs communal area was great had everything, even a bite for breakfast!
Metal stairs a bit steep especially in rain, but not too much of a problem !

When you say breakfast is included you would expect a choice of hot breakfast or continental, there seemed to be only pastries and coffee

GBGBGreat location, above a pub, easy reach to a train station - although it was only a short uber to the center of Manchester. Great rooms, especially if there are a few of you and the outdoor space was a bonus!
GBReally friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious room in a nice part of town, with places to eat and drink. As parkrunners we particularly liked the flexibility around breakfast times.
It was too loud for us. Live music until 11pm and then even louder music until midnight on the first night. To be fair we spoke to the hosts on the following day and they did turn down the recorded music on the Saturday when the live music finished at 11. They were very willing to do all that they could to reach a satisfactory solution and gave us a partial refund. If you're booking a night when they aren't hosting music, or if you're more of a party animal than us, its a really lovely place to stay.

Was very cold outside and couldn’t get the room quite warm enough
GBNicely furnished room with well functioning en suite. Good range of breakfast foods provided (though only white bread) The fruit and milk needed refreshing and I messaged via Booking.com with a very swift response from housekeeping. The major downside was the Karaoke or live music every evening right under our bedroom. The room is was quite well soundproofed but it was disruptive nevertheless. Probably wouldn't stay again for that reason.
