They let us to change room due to the safety issue concern. The provide extra pillow as per ours request. Helpful staff on the front doors.

There is cockroach on toilet welcoming us. Reception is not always there 24hours. You need to call and then wait again. Your safety & belongings may be compromised. No safety latch on door. Door handle is in terrible state so do the others furniture eg bed frame. Luckily they let us to change the room after we argue. Poor ventilation on bathroom although have exhausted fan on ceiling. NOT TRANSPARENT, the pictures provide in the booking.com looks like nothing same in reality tbh. “You get what you pay” like my husband said to me.

The room is spacious and they provide us with a room that includes 2 single bed & 2 double bed. I like how it is very spacious for the family with 3 kids. The bed is comfortable, air conditions were comfortable.

The floor in the room and shower is quite slippery.
