D Anugerah Hotel Jonker Melaka

surround the hotel got many food restaurants and even beside hotel they 7e and 99speed market opposite row.

please dont book this hotel if you want to have a pleasant trip, the rooms not same as the pictures. when we want to check in the staff said 1 of our booked room for triple bed is unavailable because someone extend the stay, they ask to shift the 3 people to other hotel but we insists to get as our booking then the staff arrange an option for us 1. the tv is not working in 2 rooms and in family room the tv have android box but lagging very bad 2. towels only provided upon request 3. Aircond water leaking very bad in 2 double bed room ac not cool also 4. In family room they fix a water pump for the aircond but every 5 mins once the sound is so annoying we ask them if they can change our room but no room available 5. the toilet is not clean at all 6. the kettle is provided but not working when we inform the staff he don't bother about this 7. this hotel no lift so we have to climb stairs with our old people cause our room in 2nd floor.
