More spacious than expected! Great for a group. Very comfortable and stunning views! Excellent communication from hosts.

Nice, cozy, the host is responsive and helpful. Good location to ski field. Kids room with underfloor heating and solid bunker beds, perfect for bonding.

We really loved this as our first stop on our trip from CHC to Auckland. They accommodated for everyone’s preferred temperature settings with multiple room oil heaters, underfloor heating & the fire! We really loved this place and even though it was only two adults & our 4 year old - the place didn’t feel too big.

It was FREEEEEEEEZING when we got inside & in my very “first world problem” brain, after reviewing the way we needed to heat the house & what we use at home, we would have loved “smart” heaters to have been there to turn on maybe an hour before we got there - but that is literally me stretching for anything to find that I didn’t like and possibly something for the owners to consider when their current individual heaters are due to retire! (Or even power point smart controllers might be a thing) This is also petty and definitely not something I think really matters - there wasn’t any baking paper to use for cooking. And then when one of the next places we stayed that we really didn’t like, had baking paper. I felt taunted. Woe is me, right? Anyway - stay here. It’s wonderful!
