Royale on Cheese

This home has wonderful "bones". There are so many wonderful comforts: beds and linens are outstanding, lots of books, games, a telescope, hot tub and a guitar! The spacious layout allows guests to have their own spot. We loved the tramping right out the back. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful home, very clean and tidy but also welcoming. We loved staying here in this cute little village.

The accommodation is spacious, new, and a pleasant envirnomnet to relax in after a days activity i n the out door. There are two lounges so you dont all have to be in one room. Three good sized bed rooms including one bunk toom. Internet is great there.

Only thing I think that needs fixing is the satellit5e disk to the Sat Box for the TV's. It was not a major issue for me as I have other options to access enterainment in the evenings. The hosts advised me about this issue in advance and I helped confirm there is an issue.

Amazing house, with everything you need to cook, and many games, books and puzzles to have a good time (and super comfy bed). Spacious living room and balcony to relax after hiking; hiking trails literally at your door steps, but also many others at short driving distances. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. A little paradise, with great views!

Everything was perfect, beyond expectations.

The location was superb. It overlooked the mountains. It was a short drive from Castle Hill and about an hour’s drive from Arthur’s Pass Village. The property was easy to find. Quiet location.

We liked everything about the property. Provisions need to be purchased before arrival. No supermarkets nearby.
