A family run cottage in bustling Thamel Chhetrapati. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable with air conditioner. Value for money. Staff are very helpful. Convenient and very well located in order to explore the central parts of Kathmandu. Recommended for solo and family travelers.

The outdoor garden and the building are undeniably beautiful. An unexpectedly peaceful retreat in the heart of busy Thamel. I truly enjoyed relaxing in the serene atmosphere.

The overall experience was underwhelming. Staff interaction was minimal and mostly limited to times when I urgently needed assistance. I booked a Double Room with a Private Bathroom, but the actual room was nothing like the advertised pictures, probably the worst room in their cottage. In the summer, the rooms lack even basic amenities like fans, which are only provided for an additional daily charge. Our room had a very small bathroom with a leaking tap and no extra facilities (e.g., slippers). If you are planning to book a room at this place, verify that the room you are given matches the one advertised, and make sure you receive all the amenities you paid for.
