7명 가족이 사용하기에 충분히 넓습니다. 모던한 분위기에 청결하고, 세탁기와 건조시스템이 갖추어져있어 가족여행에 좋습니다. 캐널시티가 바로 가까이에 있고 지하철역도 도보로 걸어갈 정도로 가깝습니다. 하카타역도 걸어갈만 합니다. 패밀리마트, 세븐일레븐 모두 가까이에 위치해있고 식당가가 즐비해있어 이용하기 좋습니다. 무엇보다 숙박가격이 매우 저렴합니다.

숙박일수와 상관없이 수건을 인당 하나만 주는 점은 많이 아쉽습니다. 일일이 세탁해야하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 숙소에 따로 주차장이 없고 협약시설이 없습니다. 밤새 주차하기 좋은 주차장을 찾느라 애먹었습니다. 인근에 좋은 주차장을 소개해주어도 좋을 것 같습니다. 또 한가지 체크인할 때 지나치게 많은 정보를 요구합니다. 국가와 거주지, 여권번호와 전체 사진 등을 입력해야하고, 영상통화까지 진행해야하는 번거로움이 있습니다.

入住房型有浴室烘衣很實用，晚上烘衣早上就乾，洗衣粉免費提供

廚房感應燈，裝置在臥室旁，晚上有人上廁所經過會自動開燈很好，但對於怕影響到正在睡覺的人而言可能不是那麼方便

川端通商店街の目の前なので、食事や日用品の買い出しには困らない。レンジや冷蔵庫もあり、長期滞在にはおすすめ。

壁が薄いのかドアの密閉性が悪いのかわからないが、音漏れが大きい。ダブルベッドの部屋の101号室に泊まったが、洗面台とトイレの部屋の匂いが少し気になる（下水臭い）
