Neo Field Nakasu

The location is excellent, easy access to shops and restaurants, and subway. We stayed at 4th floor with 3 beds, we slept comfortably though the pillows were not ok and hard. The heater and shower (hot water) worked well. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils.

There was no dryer machine, we hang our clothes in the shower (as instructed) but there were not enough hangers. So i need to buy hangers in Daiso. They charged 200yen per night per person when checked in, which was quite taking time to do so… Checking time was strictly after 3pm and cannot keep luggages bcs there was no reception. Checkout time at 10am!!! So in and out with your luggages. Sayooonaraaa

Good sized apartment Great location in the shopping street

Received a noise complaint at 8pm cause my 1 year old was “stomping” around. The sound proofing in the floors was horrid, you can hear people walking late night.

Camas muy cómodas, amplio, tiene lavadora, el baño con buen espacio, lo suficiente para un buen Onsen privado, cerca está un pasaje donde venden comida, detrás de la cuadra hay un santuario, lo tiene todo, muy recomendable.

The room was too small for family of 4. Freezing unless heater on 30! Current loud building works next door (with no warning). Couldn’t even open curtain due to building works next door. We forfeited the money we paid and found a much better property.
