Great location. Near mall, train station, and buses. Spacious

Loved the location, from train just a 5 min walk, and so near hakata city mall Room was very spacious

Quiet location but a lot of restaurants when you go down. With MaxValu nearby

No bag storage if you arrive early

Great location, huge size, nice shower, laundry and toilet, good kitchenette too. TV was big for a change and there were 4 x double beds. Nice electronic system too.

I'm never sure about unstaffed accommodation and we fumbled upon arrival, but the staff worked things out quickly, so all good in the end.

Spacious. Good room if traveling with friends on a budget. Great price and decent cleanliness. I'd book somewhere else for family.

Noisey in the morning. The check in was a bit troublesome. Parking overnight challenges if you dont have "light" vehicle. The room comes equipped with a tablet, I don't know for what purpose but sometimes the Webcam light turns red which was interestingly uncomfortable.

I like the location and the space.

Window locker has been broken. But any staffs didn’t know that.

Good location and good room size when traveling with family

Unmanned hotel and there was no luggage storage.

Room smelled (could be new carpet?)
