Location, decent kitchen supplies and amenities

1 pillow per person is not enough, no instruction on how to use heater-AC. it was very cold

Location location location - close to Canal City, Kushida Shrine and the subway. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, easy walking distance to bigger shopping malls as well. Despite this being an unnamed hotel, the customer service team is responsive and patient with enquiries. No issue for taxis to find us too.

The room despite being new are quite bare in decor making it less cosy. Would be nice if they can hang up some simple paintings or plants. Better to have a bedside table for convenience. The power point at the kitchenette is too near the basin, a tad dangerous if not careful.

Clean, location

Too small you might want to book an extra bed as the other rooms look bigger we booked 3 so id book 4 we also only got 2 beds and couldn’t early check in

It is unmanned and very expensive for that 1 night we stayed there

Room was fully equipped and clean. Very near canal city.

Love the location! So close to everything! I like the separate toilet and bath but a sink in the toilet would be nice. The staff is easy to contact.

Room was a bit tight for 3 people. The motion sensor lights by the entrance were a nuisance when everyone is asleep. It suddenly lights up the entire room when you need to use the toilet in the middle of the night. Balcony could use some chairs or tables to lounge in, as well as a clothesline to dry out the laundry.

The space and the value for money aspect.

Location was great and the room had everything we needed. Check in was difficult but this is no different to other unmanned hotels we have stayed in.

Was noisy in the evenings. Hard to check in.
