Falhas de água no apartamento, sem haver obras ou qualquer outro problema no exterior

The weather. Location was good until night time when the fairground started. There was a band or single singer until 11.30. Noise from traffic especially motor bikes which continued throughout the night.

The apartment was rented as a 2 bed. When in fact the bedroom had a double and single bed in it. What was originally a balcony is now a single bedroom with just a metal framed bed with a small table and 2 chairs. There was no proper storage for clothes. The cupboard in the hall which was more a junk cupboard was the only storage with about 7 coat hangers. Could really do with a good make over
