The Tobacco Loft

Alans Tobacco Loft ist eine sehr besondere, liebevoll künstlerisch gestaltete Unterkunft in der es an nichts fehlt. Alles ist super gut durchdacht und man kann sich darin einfach nur wohl fühlen. Wer den Vintage Style und geschichtsträchtige Häuser mit viel Charme und viel Liebe zum Detail schätzt, der ist in der Tobacco Loft genau richtig. Auch ist der Gastgeber Alan sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Wir waren einfach rundum mit allem glücklich:)

Excellent location to explore. Plenty of appliances to use. Lovely welcome basket provided which was a nice touch! Guide to property included recommendations on places for food and drink which we found very helpful. The property was very well decorated, the shower was very spacious and powerful. Parking permit provided which was handy and covered several areas in case you can’t get parked outside the property. Alan checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Classy and comfortable for a cozy and quirky two-night getaway to explore Kendal. Excellent facilities and fascinating history of property, including its outstanding makeover in recent years. Communication and thoughtfulness of hosts was exceptional. Hoping to book a stay at Alan & Julie's next venture before long!

A very unique, characterful and quirky place but also so cozy. So well appointed and the owner Alan has thought of everything. We had an amazing stay and would love to revisit. Alan was so helpful with tips prior to arrival regarding access and parking. A beautiful welcome pack and hand written message was a lovely touch.

Traffic can be busy on the street but that’s to be expected given the proximity to the centre of town

The Tobacco Loft is a fantastic and unique place for a romantic get away. It's obvious the owners thought of every detail when designing this space. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

Such a lovely place to stay. We really enjoyed hanging out after some long walks with the dog. Kendal has some great bars and coffee places to keep you fuelled up before and after walking.

It is absolutely beautiful. Alan the owner has thought about everything. There was a beautiful welcome pack too. It is very tastefully decorated, perhaps the most beautifully decorated small B&B we’ve ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable indeed and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. It is a wee place but perfect for a couple getaway.
