The Tobacco Loft

It is really quite difficult to write a review that would do the accommodation justice. You’d be hard pressed to find scores from visitors which are so consistently high. The place was just amazing. Fabulously, thoughtfully and tastefully set out, the accommodation made brilliant use of space with a really luxurious yet welcoming finish. A unique place, with so much attention to detail at every turn. We would definitely love to return in the future as it will remain fondly in the memory. Thanks 👍🏽

The apartment was amazing, so interesting with something to look at and wonder in every corner. Super easy to get in with perfect instructions left by host. Very interesting information left re the apartment’s history! The furniture extremely comfy and cosy!

Some of the complimentary jams had been opened, everything else was perfect.

Just one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed in. If you're going to the Lakes, don't think twice, just stay here. It's perfect. The details are stunning, it's incredibly cosy and well thought out and I just wish I could move in forever. Book it now!

The tobacco loft was absolutely amazing. We had been sent all the information prior to arrival so getting there was as easy as can be. My expectations were definitely exceeded. They had thought of everything from ear plugs to airfryer. I will 100% be returning to the tobacco loft and can’t recommend it enough. The bed was so comfortable and the location was a one minute walk from Kendal town centre.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the tobacco loft. Maybe that I couldn’t stay longer!

This is such a lovely, cozy wee flat. It’s got everything you need and is beautifully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. Alan is a very thoughtful host.

The space is absolutely beautiful, well kitted out and unique. The location is perfect right in the centre of Kendal, and the owners were so responsive and informative. We were blown away by this small, interesting and stunning place.
