Toba Boi

The hosts Dong and Seska were so friendly and helpful which made it my stay a memorable one. There is a bar / restaurant across the road which does great food and the bar has live music on a Saturday night which is also very good. I rented a motorbike which was very handy from the accommodation which was convenient and a good price too and they also provide a good laundry service. The upstairs area at the front was good for chilling out with a nice view of the lake. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. Try the Tuak when you're there - it's the local palm wine.

Everything was spot on.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Toba Boi. The hosts are so friendly and helped me to book my tickets to the airport. I could rent a scooter and they even have a cheap laundry service. In front of Toba Boi you will find a nice restaurant with very good food. The water in the shower was warm and from the balcony you can see the rice fields which surround the Hotel. All in all very good value for money and amazing hosts :) I hope to come back to Lake Toba, thank you very much for your hospitality

The mattress is not the most comfortable but it's a minor complaint regarding what you pay for the room :)

Un peu plus éloignée centre, mais seulement 10 minutes de marche

明るく親切なスタッフが迎えてくれます。湖が見える2Fテラスに抜ける風が心地良く、裏手の田んぼを照らす朝日も美しい。

ホットシャワーの水量が少ないが宿泊費からすれば出るだけでもありがたい。

Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die gute Tipps hatten und sich um alles gekümmert haben. Z.B. Wäsche gewaschen und mich kostenlos zur Fähre gefahren. Die Unterkunft war sauber und komfortabel und hat eine schöne Terrasse im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf den See. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal und an machen Abenden Livemusik (da war ich mit dem Gastgeber der Unterkunft). Obwohl ich nur 2 Nächte hier war, war es schwer weiterzuziehen!

Nichts, alles perfekt!
