Toba Boi

The stuff we're wonderful and made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at Toba Boi. Beautiful people and place. The restaurant opposite was also excellent and had a very good live music every Thursday and Saturday.

Location

Beds were too old and soft, not good for your back. Not as clean as I would have liked and the noise from the road, restaurant next door etc is really bad - ear plugs do nothing. If you’re in a room around the back my friend said it’s a bit better

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Toba Bli guesthouse. Great location with a café that serves outstanding food just across the street. The hosts are kind and good company. There’s the possibility to do laundry and rent a scooter. The rooms were spacious and clean and I loved the big terrace.

Toba Boi Guesthouse is a tranquil hideaway wrapped in padi fields and village charm, unless you happen to book one of the front-facing rooms. Then it’s a nightly festival. Rooms either face the peaceful rice paddies at the back (cue frogs, breeze, and existential bliss) or overlook Tataring Coffee & Resto, where a live band rocks out every Thursday and Saturday evening until midnight. Yes, the music is loud. No, earplugs won’t save you. But credit where it’s due.. the band slaps. Think less “karaoke horror” and more “why aren’t they famous yet?” A short walk takes you to shops and local eats, and there’s a chill little beach right opposite Tataring for your morning cool-off or evening cooldown. Perfect if you’re into either deep sleeps or deep bass. Choose wisely when booking—or just bring your dancing shoes and call it balance. Shoutout to caretaker Siska, a sweet, smiley lady who checked us in with warmth and a no-fuss attitude. She also shared great tips on where to eat and what to do, local style. Note : Motorbike rental at a discounted rate to guest only! High recommended to round island.

Good host (Dong&Siska) for being so informative on suggesting where to go,where to take a ferry,they also provide bike rental.The room is nice and in front of the stay got a good cafe for me to find for breakfast,lunch or dinner..those solo traveller might like it because the cafe got live band performance twice a week and I didn't mind the noise coming for it honestly because I can still manage to sleep peacefully safe and sound due to the whole day spent moving around the island😂

Nothing I guess because it's almost perfect,

the place is very clean and comfortable..like being at home..the people are very nice, and definitely find new friends...very cool in the TUK TUK, rice fields, the sound of chickens, nice village atmosphere..I really like it..it that's why I extended my stay for a few more days there...just ask Dong, he will give you a good price...will definitely come back again
