liked the location on the beach front

I booked a family room for my sister in laws and a room for us. The room we had was smelly and the furniture was falling apart, going into the bathroom, there was no water pressure and the toilet would not flush the waist away. The light switch in the bathroom was cracked the air condition unit was strapped to the wall with duck tape, the window was filthy and the mosquito mess had broken and was duck taped together. There was all sorts of rubbish piled outside, and the bites i received were horrendous and had to go to the dermatology department and have treatment. could only stay 2 days out of the 5 days, was discussing. the family room was no better, the sink would drain away and the shower wouldn't work because of the water pressure, bedroom was not as it described on the web site, the web made t sound better than it was, it spoiled our holiday that we had saved up hard all year for, regretted ever booking it!!!

the pictures for this place are very old and " No where comes close" to describe the condition of this Hotel... there should be a booking dot com rule about deceitful photos of a property... no there should be a law against what I just walked into, especially being on vacation and this no refunds crap.... how hever the " staff" was very polite and gracias
