Walking distance from the airport (35min), great value for money, pleasant to stay for a couple of nights.

The kitchen could be a bit cleaner. I had to ask for a new sponge to do the dishes as there was a disgusting old one. Cutlery for breakfast wasn't 100% cleaned. There is no hot water in the kitchen and all the (old) cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and pots are being washed in cold water... Be aware the very little street outside the property is actually noisy with accelerating up the hill cars (also at night)

Very nice rooms, quite comfy and cozy. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was included too, and generally speaking I loved my staying.

Maybe a little far away from the Marina, if you don’t rent a car or scooter (we didn’t). But we walked and everything was still reachable within a 20 minutes walk.

I like the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. It was also close to a pizza place that sells, in my opinion, the best pizza I’ve ever tried. The breakfast you guys organized in the morning was great. Thank you !

The only things that I did not like was the broken AC unit. My room room was extremely hot, forcing me to sleep with my windows open. The window opens to the outside area, where people are allowed to hang out, and unfortunately are allowed to smoke as well.

It is very clean cozy place,extremely nice atmosfere,nice smell, cute equipment.I felt great at this place. Very economic for Azores standard. Friendly staff.i reccomended a lot

Close to a parking lot and a shopping At walking distance to gardens, city beach, museum Central, easy to find/get to place

Self check-in, very beautiful accommodation, everything clean, soap in the bathroom.
