Un alloggio veramente elegante e signorile, l' accoglienza con la macchina da caffè pronta all' uso e la piena libertà di orario e autonomia a parte il letto un po' duretto ma per il resto tutto perfetto complimenti, lo specchio all 'entrata fantastico mi sembrava delle fiabe, ci siamo veramente trovati bene grazie

Excellent communication with the hosts – everything was clarified quickly. Smooth and quick self check-in. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator – convenient for luggage.

Disappointed with the location – far from the city center, in a residential apartment block near the railway. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find it's more like a hostel: two separate rooms with private bathrooms, and a shared kitchen/living area. The kitchen lacks basic facilities – no sink or stove. Only a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave are available. It's very inconvenient to have to wash cups and dishes in the bathroom sink. Advice to hosts: Please consider adding at least a small sink in the kitchen area – it would make a big difference for guests.

Near the bus station and train station. Far away from matera old town but you can take the train there. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Shower with good power.

Tea bags but no kettle though. Would be useful some plates for people who would like to buy take aways.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean, in a good location around 2.2km from Sassi. You definitely need a car to travel in though. The host was very polite and responsive

There appeared to be air conditioning but it didn't work particularly well so it was a bit of a hot night
