"Superb"

The apartment has two private rooms with bathroom and a common living area. The apartment is brand new and very clean. Fast check-in and check out. Free parking in front of the building. You need a car or other transportation to reach the center of Matera. Host was very kind and answered all my questions, even those that were not related to Matera and her apartment.
